PTSC management's responsibility is to protect shareholder's interest. If no explanation is given for the cancellation, there must be good reason. No explanation is much better than one of inaccuracy or fabrication. 

Silence is golden. Market professionals understand what this silence means and will take action accordingly. Increase of sp certainly supports it. The cloud of uncertainty is surely in the process of being lifted by the litigation 'stay'.

If I were a member of the J's team and settlement negotiations were being finalized, I would certainly want my opposition to keep silent. I would also want the 'captains' to be present. I believe Turley is in Texas, if for no other reason but to show respect for the defendents. It's a matter of honor at this stage of the game, especially for the Japanese representatives.
