What if some manner of financial results had not been determined yet? It would allow for the possibility of per product running royalties that had not been determined / recognized / recorded and therefore would not have been announced in the Q 

The statement from the SH letter that you are referencing would in that instance still be a true statement.

There has been quite bit of back & forth on what does and what does not make sense in this scenario.  See my previous post below in which I even reference some of your fine estimating work.  Kudos again for that.
