I appreciate your example. I can see all these options you list potentially being in play.....with the exception of the Judge Milestone piece of course! lol......it would obviously be Chief Justice Milestone.

In all seriousness, IMO, under your scenarios though, the press release would have to read "the recent Quarterly Report fully reflects the financial results TO DATE of all the transactions announced prior"..... or the word FULLY should have been omitted. Without either of those, the company IMO could be liable for purposefully misleading the shareholders.
