I agree there are a lot of things that don't connect, but I expect a CEO to communicate directly when it comes to financial issues, so perhaps my paradigm is at fault. Hopefully, I'm wrong and the optimistic outlook will prevail. As for what is left to protect by the NDA, I think simply the terms of the license agreements and any information gleaned by either side during the negotiation of the settlements. I don't think it needs to be any more complicated than that, and I expect that the NDA will remain intact with respect to those issues in perpetuity or at least for a while still.

One thing I can say categorically is that for the two years plus that I've owned PTSC shares, they have never done a good job of communicating clearly, lol! I suppose my expecting the new CEO to, is showing my colors as and eternal optimist!
