I echo the same concerns and questions. And it seems that to be proactive and responsible, if this agreement was NOT drafted, negotiated, and reviewed by independent counsel with an expertise in those areas, and with an accountabilty if there are deficiencies, RG should have it reviewed, and dissected now. I doubt TPL is in an excellent financial position to fight reasonable changes if there are some required, though I wouldn't doubt they might. Anyway, at least some clarification on these questions would be helpful, and depending on that clarification, some responsible and proactive addressing of any issues should be undertaken in my opinion.
