I went in with the assumption that the document is legal. Certainly RG can have someone look at the document to see if there is anything illegal, or not IAW regs etc... And if anything found, then sure it ought to be corrected.

What I was referring to is the lopsided way the agreement was written. Trying to undo it, just because it may be lopsided, would be detrimental to the MMP commercialization efforts, because there is no legal recourse. PTSC would just be stirring the pot unnecessarily. And the agreement does not allow us to do that. And I'm sure TPL would not let us do that w/o a legal battle. Don't get me wrong. I'd love to trash the present agreement. Just don't see a viable way.
