Ever since there were those who suggested the mere announcement of dividends was an attempt to pump the price, I have not only contacted the SEC, but suggested that others do also if unhappy with any actions of the BoD.

To what you said, I would additionally include that any making money on the back of PTSC would desire a smaller shareholder base, not just big business, for when the price is allowed to run.

The beauty of an SEC investigation is that absolutely no one is aware that it is happening until such time as they release details.

There is no right or wrong time to raise concerns with the SEC, other than personal integrity. To those saying now is a wrong time, being on the cusp of '336 clarification, I'd compare that to witnessing a robbery and waiting for details of a reward before coming forward.

But, if there was no robbery, what then.....?
