Now, now. I wouldn't say that any member of the BoD is "stupid", and don't think anyone could earnestly make that comment. "Ignorant" is the word. They are not astute in how to run/grow/manage a high tech business. I suspect they are all at least reasonably smart people, and probably very sharp in their respective areas of expertise. And IMO they've (finally) acquired the wisdom to understand their ignorance/shortcomings, hence Baroni and hence their stated intent re: PDSG.

But recognize that our BoD includes a corporate lawyer and, not one, but two professional bean counters. Not bean fumers, bean counters! LOL
