You're beginning to remind me of a telephone customer service rep who is so willing to explain how YOU can help solve the problem they've created that was the genesis of your call.
I'm glad to hear that it is "no big deal" as that should make it quite simple for you to aid SGE in citing the evidence of these patterns. TIA.
