Is that really your benchmark for satisfactory performance for a company BOD.....Simple SEC compliance?

According to the logic of your last post, if an SEC investigation took place and revealed no wrong doing, you suggest the BOD should then be free from continued criticism. That's an interesting take, and clearly one with which I wouldn't agree.

With such lofty standards of performance, I can see now why you object to BOD criticism.
