What is really strange to me is this: First since they represented Barco, I would assume they could become our attorney in another case if the Barco case is settled. Second, and I think this maybe important, as long as they did not consult with HTC, and ACER and they are two separate and distinct cases I assume there would be no conflict of interest. But isn't this walking an awful fine line? I am sure, or hope all involved know what they are doing?
