The Barco case seeks declaratory relief that its products do not infringe enforceable claims of the '584, '749 and '890 patents. We allege counterclaims for patent infringement of our '749, '890 and '336 patents. On June 22, 2009, Judge Fogel also stayed the Barco case until September 18, 2009, and that stay has been extended through February 12, 2010>
