If they found a crack in our other patents I think they could almost name their price working for the other side who have many more resourses, and much more money than we do. Who knows just how much has been spent by them on challenges to our patents. Money makes the world go round and lawyers who make their living, and their reputation by winning, which in turn makes them even more money, are not going to purposely represent a known loser. This is all about business, it is not a case involving moral issues. If anyone cared about the rights of Russel Fish, or Chuck Moore it would have been settled years ago. What it does involve is billions of dollars. I look at them now representing us as a good sign.
