I agree the Barco case is over. We just don't know it yet.

I don't think we should assume the worst here. It could simply be we liked working with this other firm? Maybe they have a better angle on reaching settlements than our current attorney? Maybe we were impressed with them in the Barco negotiations? Maybe they would rather represent a U.S. company? Maybe they liked what they saw in our case and approached us? Time will tell.

Depending on the upcoming USTPO results, the other two companies(T's) may be about to fold too? We only need one of the patents for infringement right? The 584 has been weak for sometime now...who cares.
