Perhaps. On the other hand, Chuck's attorney was standing before a judge yesterday and asking for a TRO to prevent TPL from selling MMP licenses without informing him in advance. The judge did not see any urgency. Perhaps if TPL had annnounced this sale on Tuesday instead of Thursday, the judge may have had a better appreciation of the problem and may have ruled differently. Perhas this had something to do with the timing of the announcement, who knows.
As it is, Chuck had to learn about these in the usual way: Reading about it in press releases or on this forum. It is disappointing to me that PTSC management has chosen not to keep Chuck in the loop about licensing of the patents he co-owns with your company. And, of course, TPL continues to exhibit its arrogant disdain and contempt not only by taking no trouble to report activities to its client, but also by continuing to withhold all proceeds for itself.
How is a man supposed to make nice with people who act as though he does not exist...
