I can only surmise that when you a dealing with an ostrich, he who has the bird food gets the ostrich to pull its head out of the sand.......I sure PTSC can cry confidentiality (alienation is such a brillant tactic) with not keeping Chuck (and its investor base) in the loop....The only thing I'm not surprized is that after all this wasted time, TPL and PTSC's solution is to throw more money at a failing JV. And PTSC gets what? Increased involvement of Patriot in the oversight of the MMP Portfolio activities...How convienent this occurs after the SHM.....I hope Chuck can prevail before it's too late......IMO.....
