Greg;
Anything you post is helpful in trying to understand this sordid story. Much appreciated. However, I take issue with
<It is disappointing to me that PTSC management has chosen not to keep Chuck in the loop about licensing of the patents he co-owns with your company>
What is disappointing to PTSC shareholders is that Chuck Moore is singularly responsible for PTSC being chained/blindfolded/gagged/and abused because of the Master Agreement that was forced upon it.
I don't know if Chuck read the agreement before signing it. Did he know how lopsided that agreement was? Did he care about placing that much control into the hands of Leckrone? You know that PTSC had little choice about that Master Agreement. Does anyone think that PTSC suggested the terms be what they were? Does anyone think that PTSC wanted Leckrone to have full control over everything with no oversight? I don't know the answers for sure, but it seems highly unlikely.
While that Master Agreement allows Mr. Moore to do whatever he wants, it controls every aspect of PTSC related to the MMP, including communications. IMO, Moore provided the leverage needed to force the Master Agreement on PTSC.
Please set the story straight if this is not a correct/proper understanding of events surrounding that infamous Master Agreement. While we share a common villain, that alone is not going to earn my trust.
As Always, Thanks and Good Luck to you and the gang at GA
