IMO the blame for the master agreement falls on the owners shoulders Moore and PTSC. It isn't too much of a stretch to think that Moore and PTSC were both upstaged by Leckrone when the master agreement was drawn up. If we have learned anything over the last 5 years it is that PTSC has weak leadership at the management and BoD levels. This fact has been proven by the results of every agreement, acquisition or investment PTSC has made over that time period.

As far as Moore is concerned he may be a brilliant inventor but it appears he lacks business sence. Many brilliant people lack comon sence when it relates to decisions out of their expertise.

Even the three stooges had a leader. I see Leckrone as the leader of the three stooges.
