I believe the answer is yes. Did they believe it then? I hope so. Did they have a choice? I don't know.

I believe the answer is no. Of course we have several millions in the bank and believe Leckrone is hurting for $ and being sued by a number of entities. So not sure if it is the same circumstances. Also, isn't that decision easier to make knowing who it is that you are negotiating with? Do we know more about Leckrone now than we did back then? Doesn't that help in making such a decision?
