Unfortunately, securities regulators would disagree with you on this matter. The takedown was not in response to any "short". It was by the book and in the best interests of your shareholdings.

Folks, there are some isolated items that we have to take down, even when they come from a high-ranking member. We aren't pulling rank, we're just making sure the real powers don't pull rank on everybody.
