Don, it is best to simply not attribute comments to any employee or consultant of a company that would be construed as insider information. Why?

1] It isn't that you are not being truthful - but where does one draw the line for securities purposes?

2] Let's say you were 100% truthful and reported fantastic but undisclosed information about the company. You actually run the risk of shutting it down. Your fellow members might benefit today from some great information out of the field - but everyone will suffer 10 days from now if the company gets halted for improper disclosure.

On the other hand, if someone like Googleeye posts his own observations from flying around McFauld's, there is no risk to the company because they are his own observations. At that point, it is just a matter of whether you believe him or not.

Hope this clarifies things.

Regards,
George
