Instead of removing posts that many here find valuable and insightful, why not put a legal "disclaimer" on those types of posts that you find objectionable.

"This post has not been verified by Noront management. Please beware that unverified posts may or may not be in the best interest of shareholders."

Wouldn't this cover your liability and responsibility with the TSX. I really think Donnypee (sp) is right. The unbelievably thorough investors on Agoracom can sniff out a stinky post fast....and are ruthless at getting to the bottom of things. And we love em for it!
