PM, that is the point. Securities regulators do not allow information to be shared with an investor over the phone. As such, if an investor came on to AGORACOM and stated "I just spoke with Richard Nemis and big drill results are coming out in the next two hours", it would have to be deemed as one of two things:

1] An unsubstantiated rumour attributed to a company official - which is strictly prohibited on AGORACOM

Or (WORSE)

2] An improper disclosure of insider information that could get the company halted and/or reprimanded.

Either way, it doesn't help anybody.
