NI 43-101 Update (September 2012): 11.1 Mt @ 1.68% Ni, 0.87% Cu, 0.89 gpt Pt and 3.09 gpt Pd and 0.18 gpt Au (Proven & Probable Reserves) / 8.9 Mt @ 1.10% Ni, 1.14% Cu, 1.16 gpt Pt and 3.49 gpt Pd and 0.30 gpt Au (Inferred Resource)
If NOT were to turn around now and sell the tendered shares on the market at a profit rather then return to those tendering, where do you think their credibility as a company would be and where do you think they would find shareholders to trust in this company. The shares were tendered for a specific reason.
NOT must not put these shares back out until they have vastly improved their own share price or have been bought out by cliffs and return taht dividend to the shareholders.
IMO should NOT choose to sell the shares there isn't a director on that board that would not be blackballed
It would madden and sicken investers.
