I found this part interesting:

(ii) any person or company holding more than 10% of any class of securities of Noront; or (iii) any person or company acting jointly or in concert with Noront."

By acting jointly does that mean Joint Venture partner or does it mean similiar goal minded?

One would think that anyone buying shares to tender to Noront would be acting jointly with Noront's stated goal, whether or not they ever discussed their purchase or intentions with Noront.

Do we have any shareholders that hold more than 10%. I was under the assumption that they all liked to be at 9.9% to avoid the radar.
