Perhaps they did. FWR shares were in the 25 cent range well before the offer but shortly before, the price went to about 30. It could have been due to Noront buying or as previously suggested, that FWR insiders being cognisant of Noront overtures were accumulating due to expected sp appreciation.

Interestin question as to the cause of that FWR sp rise. I suspect both.
