What if NOT is waiting to see the amount of shares tendered before going to the market starting Monday. One senario is that NOT has someone in the background that wants NOT and also FWR.( They know they cant do this on the cheap) What if this group knew Cliffs was hanging around and this was there way of bringing them out. Now NOT raised just a bit and said final offer. The group behind NOT said we dont want this to get to costly yet so now were in the $1 per share range.( They know FWR is worth more) NOT gets some say in what FWR does if they get enough tendered. Now because our offer is finished tonight at midnight could this suitor and Noront be able to top up there shares by going to the market and even paying more just to get it. Now this all depends how many have been tendered to cliffs also and whats left in the market. Now is it illegal for this suitor to aggressivly go after FWR and NOT also getting there 5% and reporting it. They could get there 66 % . Now they could merge the two and buy it all up as one package. I know this sounds way out there but this final offer has got my head spinning with all kins of scenarios.JMO.. Someone care to add to this. GLTA Junior
