We don't disagree on that, Fairchij. We both won't tolerate apparent deception. However, we do have different views on what an apparent deception is and what is an innocent question. Well, that's simply the way it is.

The FAQ cannot help in resolving this discrepancy, but in can help in avoiding discussions about which intentions someone might have or not. We can direct a questioner to the FAQ and don't have the topic on the board anymore – mission accomplished.
