O dear I forgot (typical) to mention my views on Ajit Monacha.  

The nature of his work with POET Techmologies Inc is as a facilitator, whilst many balk at the benefits he has been given, these are considered by a committee of our Board, and rather that think negatively we could say that they certainly feel his work has been worthwhile.  The reality being that by its very nature we will not know what negociations he conducted, or indeed their outcome, but our Board does.  Renumeration is always contrivertial, but I remain content that AM will have added value to our investment albeit that this may take some years to realise.
