They create no more shares when listing on the NASDAQ....all they are doing is listing, which means they can trade on that platform. You can trade the outstanding shares on any platform you are listed on.

Now, it's not an IPO per se but for an initial listing there is almost always dilution and I expect us to get hammered when we do list on NASDAQ.
