The Market has "No" confidence in our Management or their ability to work a deal.

Last month Neil was quoted by someone as stating the "deposit was uneconomical". Taken in or out of context this kind of comment is not productive.

Spider is hardly the darling of the stock market nor is the relationship between KWG and Spider such that anyone is going to stake a great deal on this Merger.

The last AGM is fresh in everyone’s mind. And whether anyone likes it or not Neil’s token sale before the R/S announcement killed most people’s confidence in this play and our leadership.

So I will take a hard hit for these comments, but you have an answer to part of your question.

You ask why I'm long on this play. I'm waiting to see the result of the T.D. valuation and hoping the team assembled by KWG will help bring some value to this play.

In short I'm hoping the future of both companies is now in the hands of others.
