Anbca: First: I take exception to the whole tone of your post.

If you are going to state that someone quoted someone which is extremely damaging and derogatory, then why don't you say who the person is? and put the quote in context.

Second:That the market has no confidence in Spider management is just your opinion. You are only one person. Does that make you the market? I have a great deal of confidence in the Spider board and its CEO as do a majority of SPQ investors as can be acertained by the many who have indicated support for the merger of SPQ and KWG. ( This is not my opinion but the opinion of many who post here - check out former posts).

Third: If you are going to malign both SPQ and KWG by stating the condition of their relationship, you must know persons on the board of one or both companies who have made derogatory comments to you, otherwise your statement is just conjecture OR another one of your "someone said someone said".

Fourth: As for the last AGM, I was there. Neil Novak presented himself and our company of SPQ admirably. If you recall, the vote in favor of the merger was very close; had it been a simple majority the vote in favor would have won the day. Even having to have a sixty six and two thirds in favor, the vote was extremely close.

I'm sorry you feel you must tear others down to make yourself look good. In the end you are only hurting yourself.
