Tiesolus you are probably correct on that assumption. The catch here is that if the Merger doesn't go through and no one else makes a bid here the deal will stale mate at or near 16.5 cents.
I think this scenario is also holding back the price. Many of us myself included hold shares in both companies. We can see that a final price of 16.5 cents for Spider will leave many of us holding KWG at a loss. This is just conjecture of course but everyone is weighing the various possibilities. A $1 is looking less and less likely.
Any kind of announcement deemed positive will force the price up. I'm as anxious as everyone else.
