Let everybody know that Monday in not D Day. KWG is counting business days and not the weekend, so the offer might not come til Wednesday. Don't sell your shares. Here is a quote from KWG....."Pursuant to the Combination Agreement, KWG has the opportunity, but not the obligation, to offer in writing to amend the terms of the Combination Agreement and the amalgamation of Spider and KWG Subco (the Amalgamation) before 12:01 a.m. on June 24th, 2010. KWG is considering making such an offer" The hint is the offer is comming but they need a few more days, perhaps for the valuation to get finished. So don't panic on Monday if the offer doesn't come on the weekend.
