I agree. If the settlement figures are not as large as some are expecting, it would be in line with what has been stated previously, that we would be going after low hanging fruit first. If this is the case, Samsung "at this time, with this suit" is not as liable as others.

Also there may be a lot more "low hanging fruit" than some are expecting. Either way I wont object to our bank account being filled so that we have options available to us while we pursue other infringers.
