I agree with you Silver. The likelihood that DM has been busy sofar is far higher than any of us has given them credit. Good attorneys approach first prospective defendants before they file law suits. They reveal just- so much so they put fear in the heart of opponents- without compromising their case. In my opinion DM has done this much and has approached several prospective defendants and we might very well find out about this strategy before or during the upcoming SH meeting.

Again, if the settlement with Sammy amounted to a trivial sum, Sammy could have written a check and get over with it. But it delayed the agreement for a month to settle certain obligations. In my opinion this might very well mean talking to their bankers. The reason for this is that they had a few other settlements to take care of. Individually, they might not be very difficult to take care of but collectively might amounted to a sum that they needed their banker. Just my opinion for what it is worth.
