Think about the delay from the first suit against Vivitar to the round of 7. Didn't make a whole lot of sense to us here in the chatroom regarding the time frame for filings, but DM delivered on their time schedule and then the went through the infringers in a systematic manner.

I think it is fair to say this type of effort will continue from DM. Management continues to give guidance of more filings and the PPS, up 70-100% in the last month or so, also indicates more on the horizon.

15 trading days until the 10Q is released and likely the company update/communication will surface...both before the annual shareholders meeting on Nov 19th.
