There is no time shown re: PACER document filings. I also don't remember ever seeing an SEC filing when there's been a settlement with any company. It isn't considered a material event if a defendant licenses our Flash-R portfolio and is dismissed from the case. The USPTO re-exam was considered a material event however, as was the Markman ruling. Both resulted in 8K's filed with the SEC.
Someone asked about Leica Camera. The motion to dismiss Leica was Jan 2010.
