One more time for all, and I agree with Richardo.
Every comment made by AC & FF at the SHM indicated we were done in Denvor, except for continuing to negotiate with the remaining defendants to settle, then move on.
In so many words, it was conveyed pursuing a ruling on claim 5 of 737 has been dropped.
There were several people from this forum there and we all came away with the same conclusion.
Think about it everyone...Wed next week will be 2 months since DM's 7/28 response and not a peep out of the court.....except Pacer settlement filings.
"We are getting out of Dodge."
"737 is dead."
I will be shocked if above does not happen.
