In a nutshell, they need to move forward with Nunchi, MicroSignet, and whatever else they may have come up with. I would ask anyone going to the meeting to NOT waste any air whatsoever on questions/concerns about the litigation or Flash-R. It's over... not just because of the CE decision, but for many reasons.
If they have something of value, let's hear more about that. Seems to me they're covered by the boiler plate 'forward-looking statements' warning. Ya, we understand... now tell us what's going on.
