So since Apple was the "point man" with numerous other companies riding their coat tails in regard to fighting the appeal of the collateral estoppel, does this mean that those individual companies must now fight the appeal on their own, individually, which increases the chances that the appeal will be heard? Still have to win the appeal, but this could force many of the smaller fish to come to the table since they may not have Apple's staying power? Just thinking, I do not know.
