Apple has no reason to pay us without a fight. Looks like this is over before it could begin.
The settlement might have satisfied Handal but will it satisfy us?
If it's a huge win, the company will HAVE to tell us (material event).
If nothing is said by the company, then we'll know that's exactly what it's worth.
Everyone ask yourself this. If this was that good, why would they let PACER eclipse a prepared PR?
