Agreed 100%, Looking for Fred to provide updates.. this is a huge win.

IMO - Edig has an iron clad case against Apple. I think Apple knew/know they cannot win, and folded. EDIG would not provide "With Prejudice" with out getting what they wanted. Handal would not let this fish go unless fully compensated.

This is a huge deal... Fantastic!
