plank...you'll see....the stipulations initially favored the defendants....until the reality set in.... as in "hey wait a minute here !"

e.Digital got what it wanted from the SPJ. The only thing Apple was doing was exacerbating the situation, and finally decide to grab what was in front of them and backed off. There was no need for them to test the court, which, IMO, they were doing, as they had a winning hand with the SPJ.

The CE ruling screwed us right out of the gate....the judge ignored the Re-exam issues which e.Digital was leaning on for these cases.

It's now being handled.
