Clearly Apple could have drug this thing out for years with their overflowing coffers, they knew it and Handal knew it. Many here were resigned to more waiting, then, seemingly out of the blue it is settled between us and Apple? IMO, there is no way that Apple folded, however Handal still may have gotten what they wanted. I guess we will see. Handal files 39 new law suits and then a week later they settle with Apple? Something is going on here and no one on this board knows exactly what.
