Very well put. The judge's decision will probably come down between now and the end of the year(I think) which will give us a much better idea of where we stand with Nunchi. Since we have filed no suits and granted no licenses regarding Micro Signet how do you suppose that patent will be tested? It seems as though you either get commercial approval be selling something on the open market or you need to go through the judicial process to get validation for something that the USPTO had supposedly already gave it's blessing to. So if you sell it you sell it and if not, what good was the grant of the patent in the first place?
