A very positive Markman result would put us in a much better position for negotiations. Handal would still have to arm wrestle with the defendants to determine price and terms. If they can agree on a deal, great. If not, the guy with the fattest wallet probably just files an appeal and waits the little guy out. A Markman decision that is only mildly in our favor might allow us to collect small fees--IMO.
