the best person to ask this question is not really any judge but rather our illustrious CEO. The other day, there was a debate about the questions of whether he would hire any marketing person and, it so, when this would happen. This was in fact the wrong question. The question should have been why don't we already have a marketing man? I have argued repeatedly in the past that it is not enough to have a new technology. In addition, in order to succeed, you need to know how to manage it. After about twenty years of trying, we can say with a degree of certainty that our CEO don't have a clue about marketing. Indeed, how many sale contracts has he signed and how many patents has he licensed? There is then the logic of my question and we all need to have his answer on why he has not done such a hiring so far. And should do not accept the excuse of not having the resources. So far the available resources have been used to support no revenue producing salaries.
