A bit more involved than that...they also have tech that will dive it efficiently.
RE:NUNCHI prior art...
As for the IPR's, there is no straight out prior art, and defendants rely on a circumstantial collection of cobbled bits and pieces to make their arguments.
Where the IPR issue has nothing to do with the courts determination of language and scope ....or limitations.
