O.k., Leif, I don't care to "defend?" Phoenix.  Doing so would be off-topic.  But can you explain the relevance of this coming to the board anyway?  I don't think anyone who is an insider at LBSR has any association with Phoenix.  However, someone within LBSR now has an association with Anguilla, not that where one chooses to live implies anything about their character.  I would offer that if you don't like this line of discussion, don't help to sustain it.
